Event Road Closures

Shely Park Davidson St. entrance will be closed to vehicular traffic from approximately 7:30 to 10:30 am. The Shelby Bottoms Nature Center will be open and accessible via Riverside Drive. Please use use Main St. to Eastland Ave to Riverside Drive to access the Park Entrance.

Below are suggested alternate streets for accessing various areas. If you need access across any of the route-street, there will be police officers to guide you. Officers at the intersections will do their best to work traffic across roads when there are breaks in the line of walkers / runners. We ask all drivers to proceed with caution.

• Broadway and Church St. to access Downtown area.
• 4^th Ave So, and 8^th Ave So (during breaks in runners/walkers) to travel North/South.
•  12^th Ave S to avoid Music Row closures
• Jefferson St to travel to East and West Nashville; James Robertson will be open by 8:00 am for travel on this road

This letter serves as a courtesy notice to inform you that on-street parking will be TEMPORARILY restricted in the areas listed below on the day of the race.  Please plan to park your vehicle in an alternate location during the Nashville 1/2, Marathon & 5K on November 12, 2022.  Any vehicles left in No Parking areas, during the dates and times listed above, will be ticketed, and towed at the owner’s expense. Participants will be using downtown public garages for event parking.

• Music Square West from Division to Edgehill
• Music Square East from Edgehill to Roundabout
• 4th Ave N. from Harrison St. to 3rd Ave N.
• 11th Ave S. between 12th Ave S and Charlotte
• Demonbreun St. from 14th Ave to 16th Ave
• Gay St/ Gay St Connector from 3rd Ave N to 1st Ave N @ Church St.
• 1st Ave N from Church St. to Union St.
• Union St. from 1st Ave to 2nd Ave
• 2nd Ave from Demonbreun St. to Union St. to include all meters and loading zones
• Demonbreun St. from the roundabout to 1st Ave
