Kick off your Music City JULY 4TH celebration with a run through downtown Nashville! Bring the whole family to kick off your city celebrations with this traditional run/walk through downtown Nashville.
All ages and fitness levels will love running past Nashville’s landmarks, like the new Music City Convention Center!

Packet Pick-Up & Late Registration
This event features a two-day Packet Pick-Up, prior to race day, where participants can pick up their race packets and any last-minute essentials!

Event Information
All runners must visit Packet Pick-Up to collect their race number and t-shirt. If you are unable to attend, you can have a family member or friend pick up for you. They must present your confirmation email and a copy of a valid proof of identification for the participant at check-in. Additional pickup is limited to 1 friend or family member.
Acceptable identification includes a valid driver’s license, state-issued ID, or passport. The name on the identification must match the registration.

Time Limit will begin when you cross the start line. Course Time Limits will be managed through a course cutoff and sag wagon program. Full details will be provided in your final information.

Routes
Course may change or be rerouted due to city ordinances or at the discretion of the Nashville Police Department and the Nashville Department of Special Event Permits
2024 Course options are in the planning stages and will be reviewed in April to begin the approval process.

Parking
Parking is available in the park and in local business/church parking lots. These parking lots will be unattended and will assume full responsibility for themselves and their vehicle. We continue to reach out to local businesses and will make updates to the map as they become available. Below is the confirmed list of locations.

Road Closures will go into effect beginning at 6:45 am on race day and will continue through 8:30 am. Access to parking lots may be restricted during this time so please plan ahead! Please see list of closures below.

There will be no awards ceremony following the race. Please pick up your award at the timing tent. We will not mail awards.
- You are allowed to claim a prize in only one category
- All awards are given out within 30 minutes after the last eligible winner crosses the finish line
- Every participant will receive a complimentary t-shirt, a custom finisher’s medal
- You must be present to claim award- no exceptions
- No awards will be mailed after the race
