Trot with your flock and start your Thanksgiving holiday with the whole family at the Music City Turkey Trot starting and finishing at Nissan Stadium.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Every 5K & 1 Mile participant will receive a finisher’s medal & participant tee!

Did you know your furry companions can join in on the fun and earn their own medal, bib, and doggie bandana? Simply select the Doggie Dash add-on during registration, or any time after you register by logging into your Race Roster account, to run with your pup.

All runners must visit Packet Pick-Up to collect their race number and t-shirt. We encourage runners to pick up their packets prior to race morning to avoid long waits and start delays. If you are unable to attend, you can have a family member or friend pick up for you. They must present your confirmation email and a copy of a valid proof of identification for the participant at check-in. Additional pickup is limited to 1 friend or family member.

The safety of our participants is our highest priority. We will offer first aid care during the event to treat any minor issues that hinder your participation in the event.
Please enter lot G&M via Woodland Street for lots that will be accessible at all times. Lot R will also be available for parking but will not be accessible during the 5K. Please see the map to the right. All other lots will be locked!

The following categories will receive awards and must pick them up at the awards tent. You may only receive an award in one category. Awards cannot be mailed to you after the race.

Yes, this is a dog friendly event. Add on the doggie dash and your pup will get their own bib, medal, and a special bandana! Purchase the doggie dash here.
Yes, you can walk. The 5k has a 1 hour time limit.
There is no age limit to participate.
All 5K & 1 Mile finishers will receive a medal.
Yes, you can transfer to another distance or to a friend HERE.
There is no fee for transferring to another distance, but the difference in cost between the two distances will be charged. There is a $5 fee for transferring to another individual.
