Clock out and lace up for a running tour through Nashville’s iconic Music Row at the 9 to 5K. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

The Stiletto Dash will be a 30-yard dash in heels carrying a full coffee mug. This is an untimed event taking place after the 5K, where the first person to cross the finish line with a full coffee mug will be declared the winner. Bring your own heels, we ask that they have at least a 1 inch tall heel.

Registration is non-refundable and non-deferrable. You can transfer your registration to another distance or individual here.

Every 5K & Stiletto Dash participant will receive a finisher medal & participant tee!

"In partnership with the Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation and the Dollywood Foundation, Imagination Library of Middle Tennessee delivers an age-appropriate, high-quality book each month straight to children’s mailboxes at no cost to families. All children in Tennessee, from birth to age five, are eligible at no cost to families. Books are personalized with the child’s name and mailed directly to their home, making books exciting and inspiring a love for reading at an early age. United Way raises funds to support the cost of the books and to build awareness of this important program. Imagination Library of Middle Tennessee has distributed more than 500,000 books to 50,000+ children throughout the region."

Packet Pick-Up

All runners must visit Packet Pick-Up to collect their race number and t-shirt. We encourage runners to pick up their packets prior to race morning to avoid long waits and start delays. If you are unable to attend, you can have a family member or friend pick up for you. They must present your confirmation email and a copy of a valid proof of identification for the participant at check-in. Additional pickup is limited to 1 friend or family member.
