2025 Nashville Half Marathon & 5K FAQs

• Where and when is the race? 
  • The race begins and ends at the Sounds Stadium, with the finish line being on the field. Both the 5K and Half Marathon will begin at 7AM on Saturday, October 25^th. 
• Where and when is packet pickup? 
  • You can pick up your packet on Friday, October 24^th from 12PM – 6PM at the Sounds Stadium. We also offer race day pickup starting at 6AM. 
• Can someone else pick up my packet? 
  • Yes! They will need a copy of your ID and your confirmation email to pick up your packet. Runners are only able to pick up packets for themselves and one additional registrant. 
• Are strollers allowed? 
  • Yes! We will have two stroller starts for the half marathon. 
• Are dogs allowed? 
  • Unfortunately, there are no dogs allowed for this race.
• Where can I park for the race?
  • View parking details under the Parking & Transportation section of the Run Nash Nashville Half Marathon & 5K event page.
• Is there a full marathon? 
  • After careful consideration, we have decided not to host a full marathon for 2025. 
• Can I defer my registration to next year? 
  • No, we are not able to defer your registration to next year’s race. 
• Can I transfer my registration to a friend? 
  • Yes! There is a $10 fee to transfer your registration. If this is something you would like to do, please contact hello@runnash.com with your confirmation number and the name and email address of the individual you would like to transfer your registration to. 
• Can I change the distance I registered for? 
  • Yes! There is a $10 fee to transfer your registration to a different distance. If you were previously registered for the 5K and would like to switch to the Half Marathon, you will also be charged the difference in price between the two events. You can initiate your transfer here: Nashville Half Marathon & 5K Transfer.
• I purchased the race protection insurance, how do I get a refund?
  • Please contact hello@runnash.com with your confirmation number and inform that you will be requesting a refund.
  • You can request your refund by following the instructions outlined here: Managing my Race Roster registration refund protection – How can we help you?.
• Does everyone get a medal? 
  • All finishers will receive a finisher medal!
• Can I walk? 
  • Yes! However, we do require participants to finish our 5k in under 1 hour and half marathon 4 hours. 
• How do I create a team?
  • You can create a team during the registration process. Find instructions on how to do this here: How to create a team.
  • If you have already registered and would like to create a team, contact hello@runnash.com with your confirmation number and any team information.
• How do I join a team?
  • You can join a team during the registration process. Find instructions on how to do this here: How to join a team.

• How long do I have to finish the race? 
  • You have 1 hour to complete the 5K and 4 hours to complete the Half Marathon.
• How do I upgrade to the VIP package?
  • You can purchase the VIP package upgrade during the registration process.
