THE MARATHON COURSE IS A BOSTON QUALIFIER!

START TIMES

5K – 7:00 AM
Half, Full Marathon & Full Marathon Relay – 7:15 AM

TIME LIMITS

Full Marathon/Relay – 6 hours
Half Marathon – 4 hours
If you have not completed the course by then you will be picked up!

PACERS

We will make every effort to have pacers out there as it is on a volunteer basis and it not guaranteed.
Half Marathon: 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, and 2:15
Full Marathon: 3:30, 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, 4:45 and 5:00

FULL MARATHON RELAY

These are approximate distances for each leg
  • 1st Runner at START will run = 5.05 miles
  • 2nd Runner at Transition #1 = 6.95 miles
  • 3rd Runner at Transition #2 = 6 miles
  • 4th Runner at Transition #3 = 4.4 miles
  • 5th Runner at Transition #4 to FINISH = 3.8 miles

  • ​Starting runner will hand bib belt to runner #2 at approx. Mile 5
    • Public Square Park on Union Ave/2nd Ave N
  • Runner #2 will hand bib belt to runner #3 approx. Mile 12
    • Davidson Street next to old Naval base
  • Runner #3 will hand bib belt to runner #4 approx. Mile18
    • Davidson Street next to old Naval base
  • Runner #4 will hand bib belt to runner #5 approx. Mile 22.4
    • Davidson Street next to old Naval Base

Relay teams can be 2 to 5 participants. You’ll have to check with team mates how they want to run in order to double up on mileage. Transportation would probably only be needed for the Transitions #’s 2, 3 , & 4 which is one location in Shelby Park. You can use a cab, Lyft, Uber etc…) Exact locations will be emailed to the relay teams.

VIRTUAL RUNNERS

If you cannot join us in person on Nov 9th – you can actually run where ever you live!!! Just send a photo with your time/distance questions@runnash.com. We will send out your medal & shirt within 2 weeks after the race.

Energy Gel & Gatorade will be provided on the course.

  • Mile 13.4 – Water/Huma Gel/Gatorade
  • Mile 16.5- Water/Huma Gel/Gatorade
  • Mile 19 – Water/Huma Gel
  • Mile 21.5 – Water/Huma Gel
  • Mile 23.8 – Water/Huma Gel/Gatorade
  • Mile 26.2 – Water/Gatorade

Restrooms are located at the following areas on the course:

  • Start/Finish Line
  • Approximately Miles 2.3, 6, 8.4, 9.2, 11.5, 13.5, 16.2, 18.5, 22, 24, & 26.2

 

ROUTES

Course may change or be rerouted due to city ordinances or at the discretion of the Nashville Police Department and the Nashville Department of Special Event Permits.
